First day at work

How do we start cooperation in Częstochowa Nowa Coking Plant

The first day at work is usually full of emotions, uncertainty and lots of new faces. We make sure that the day runs smoothly and that all formalities necessary to start the employment are completed. How do we organize it?

This includes four stages:

OSH training

In person or online.

Providing the necessary work tools and personal protective equipment

Presentation

Presentation of the workplace, colleagues and on-the-job training
